We had a total of 16 at the meeting 3 of which were guests.

Welcome aboard Mark!

We do need your home address, phone number and type of craft if you have one so
we can put it on the publication. We also welcome our other guest
Don Hollister who is part owner of that famous Hardware Store in
The meeting started off with our President
Jim Croisant saluting the flag of our country.
Paul Nulton brought a picture of his early Easy Riser from 1980
when he flew it. As I understand he
sold it to a guy and the man has since died and his widow wondered if he wanted
it back. He now has it and is planning on flying it again just as soon as
he can find another engine. He had to re-cover it after he got it back and
had it re-covered in a day.
George Smith tried to
fly in a foot of snow, he taxied around lifted off and then back on the ground
fast. He bought a set of snow skis. He also is working on his
instrument panel. He also has an Engine Instrument System.
Charles Olbrich Has
his N- numbers and it passed inspection, it is now ready to fly in warm weather
and we're saying congratulations to him on that....
Art Capwell Nothing, it
has been a slow month.
Todd Capwell came to the
meeting to be filled with flight.
Pete Fish went down to Paul Nulton's airport but didn't do any
flying.
Dan Fiske Nothing, he
couldn't even hug his plane.
Duane Ross Nothing, just
took the plane out to run the engine.
Tom Botheuser Detailing work on his plane. Talked
about www.goggle.earth.com,
a search can be made on just about anything.
Matt Garbett No flying,
he saw his plane and gave it a hug. He also knows of a Cessna 150 for
sale. If you’re interested, call Matt he can give you a price of the
sale. His phone number is 607-656-7793
Lou Palombo Hasn't done
much. Husky Haven called him to come
and fly but he said he has to save his money because it cost 300 dollars per
hour.
Jim Croisant also went
to hug his plane and air out the hanger because of the severe temperature
coefficient everything was dripping wet.
Gil Aitchison flew twice
on skis so far. He put in the CHT & the EHT thermostats, has the
fuel pressure gauges hooked up as well as the ELT. He hasn't got his
battery in yet. Has the BRS parachute unit all hooked up. The only thing
left to do is the windshield and doors, fuel tanks in wing and weight and
Balance.
Guest Gary Rochdashl
belongs to the Binghamton RC Club and has a strip on top of a hill.
Mark Sweet owns a 3000
foot strip. He welcomes any ultralight pilots to come in. I have [email protected] I
hope this address works for him, I have not tried it as yet.
Guest Don Hollister
(owner of hardware store in Greene), had been spending much of his time working
on the flood problem at his home between Doraville and Oquaga. He owns a
plane at
