Our next meeting will take place at
Baron's
Our December meeting was held at Baron's Inn located on Route 12 just South of
Our Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was given by our President Jim Croisant.
The treasure's report was given by Gil Aitchison. We have $1,156.60 and some change about $100.00.
Under old and new business a discussion was held concerning a joint meeting this Winter with USUA Club #203 which is located 30 minutes South of Corning NY at Wellsboro PA. Everyone present was overwhelmingly in favor. Based on the discussion, Jim Croisant will pursue USUA Club #203's interest by contacting the president Tom Freeman to get their ideas and interest. Jim will report the findings at our next meeting which will be held in January.
At this time it is anticipated that the meeting would be held in place of our
regular meeting either in February or March and in the general vicinity of

In having our table review the first was Gil Aitchison - has been working on lengthening his runway by 200 feet, making a total of 1100 feet. Gil is getting ready for two place Light Sport A/C.
George Smith now has a new hanger completed on his farm and his farm and his ultralights are moved into their new home. He is quite pleased with his new hanger. George has an 800 foot runway with 300 feet additional feet on one end. His runway just needs rolling once it dries out.
Paul Noulton has been very busy putting a new roof on his house and all the shows he attended this past year. Paul hopes to get back working on his Fire Star soon.

Duane Ross has a total of 89 flight hours in so far this year. Congratulations! I'm sure you are the winner for the most flight hours this year!
Matt Garbett and John Torta both had prior commitments, both had to eat and run. They will fill us in at our next meeting.
Norm Dibble has 9 hours in so far this year and questions if he should go for the written test at such a young age? What is it they say....."You can't teach an old dog new tricks." What ever--good luck young en!

Al Osterhout has a knee operation coming up. We wish you the best - get those knees back in shape for kicking the rudders around again Al!
Paul Muhlig has been working on both his house and his plane. Which one will fly first?
Mitch Mitchell has been flying his Flight Star and also working on his Afford-a-plane which has a 40 HP Chaparral engine. He is also working on the process for getting an N# and needs proof of ownership to satisfy the FAA.
Lou Palombo Lou found his flight certificate. He has 2900 hours in rotorcraft and is currently looking into renewing his medical certificate.
Jim Croisant has decided to wait until Spring to roll his Phantom I out, fuel it up and test hop it. Jim still wants to finish figuring his weight and balance measurements first before flight. If he doesn't get at it he may forget and it won't get done.
