Our next meeting will take place at the Baron's Inn in Greene , N.Y. This meeting will be on the third Saturday of the month January 21st of 2006.

We had 18 people at our Christmas Party last month; it was a total success.  Everyone had the opportunity to talk about their latest experiences with their kits and flying.  The wives enjoyed not having to prepare the meal. They were able to chat around the table in fellowship.

The meals were prepared from the menu.  The choices were hot turkey, hot roast beef, fried fish, broiled fish, hamburgers with or without cheese, open or closed ruben sandwiches.  Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service was excellent.

Business meeting?  There wasn't any.  Our president Mel McKinney was in Florida and everyone enjoyed each other's company.   We talked about what we may do next year.

We were able to have a new member John Svegl 2nd officer and crew chief in charge of a Hawk belonging to Charlie Olbrich.  Welcome aboard John!

Our gathering left around 1:30 PM.  I made arrangements for the month of January and so we are on for the 21st.  See you next year at the next meeting!

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and Have a Happy New Year!

These minutes were rather short and sweet but very enjoyable.  Bring someone with you next month and enjoy the fellowship the weather is bound to be a wee bit cold for ultralights but we can still talk about it.  We can also plan for the coming year and make it greater than the last one.  Hopefully the weather will be in our favor next year....for flying.

        Your Secretary,

            Mel Wightman
