Update for July of 2003
Found a house,
bought it, lost it again. Long story short, the sellers couldn't come
up with the closing costs. We are starting over.
Saw "Terminator
3". This is the best of all 3, in my opinion.
Saw Ziggy Marley in
concert - had a great time. Decided that all concerts should be as fun
as pothead concerts.
Partied like a rock
star at the Flip-Flop & Bikini Bash (local radio station party).
Saw Korn in concert.
Got beat up a little - reaffirmed the aforementioned opinion.
Was reunited with
high school crush. He still makes my heart go pitter patter!
Helped keep the DRCC
going even though there was a lot of conflict over a controversial
issue. Managed to survive, even though I was one of the main people
the controversy was aimed at. Still have friends, still involved,
still going to see this happen.
Eric's aunt and
cousin came up from Houston for a week. Learned to make all kinds of
authentic Italian food.
Learned how to make
salsa. It was yummy!
Went to a community
Lughnassad gathering. Made a personal commitment that is between me
and the Gods.
Got in trouble at
work for being on the internet too damn much.
Got a raise. Same
stupid raise that everyone else got, has no meaning behind it. I would
have been happier had it been a raise that reflected my worth as an
asset to the company.
Wrote my first solo
business this month. No S.M.A.R.T. app, they are not homeowners. Just
a life app.
Flew to CA for a 2
week vacation and to be the maid-of-honor at my sister's wedding.
