TOUR GUIDE or TOUR LEADER
Sense of leadership, healthily, high sense of service, knowledgeable, experience, board minded, creativity, helpful, responsibility, patient and case solver are the requirements to be a real tour guide/leader which has the capability to create the healthily and cooperative climate for ensuring the complete satisfaction end.

DIVER & CONDUCTOR
Special license is required for driving public and drive the tour needs high sense of service, flexible performance in having sudden stops for unexpected view, client's priority attention and will in regards of safety first. Cleanness, smell good and wet tissue is always at care.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To ensure efficient handling of your reservations and inquiries the following details should be provided upon booking:
Name & Number of Persons: Name of client/group: FIT/GIT, Adult/child. Tour Code, Date service and other requirements. Indicate type of service required whether
Tour and Transfer: Tour Code, Date service and other requirements. Indicate type of service required whether on SIC (seat-in-coach) or private car/bus basis 
Hotel Accommodation: Name of hotel, type and number of rooms required, other service needed.
Arrival/Departure detail: forward proposed itinerary.

Booking Reservation:
Booking of all land arrangements for FIT/GIT can be accepted at last 30 days prior to arrival on peak months, or at least 15 days prior to arrival on lean months. Last minute bookings may be accepted on a case to case basic.

Confirmation of Reservation:
Our confirmation will be faxed, telexed, and phoned facsimile or mailed immediately. In case we are unable to confirm the requested services, principals shall be confirmed of the situation, and an alternative shall be proposed for consideration. For FIT's/individuals requesting transfer, tours and hotel accommodation in Indonesia are automatically confirmed if agent does not hear from us within 24 hours or one working day.

Voucher/Exchange Orders:
Your official company voucher indicating the services required should be sent to us before or upon you is client's arrival. Any alternation in the original itinerary should be relayed to us immediately together with a copy of revised voucher.

Payment:
All change incurred by the company shall be billed to its business address and settlement of out sanding shall be payable within _______ days after presentation of the bills. The GIT base on request. All payment should be settled by transfer system through our Bank:

Cancellation:
Normally, we do not charge for cancellation fees, but if the hotels, and other suppliers do so, we shall pass in to your account. Cancellation fees period of _____ days for FIT (50%), and _____ days for GIT (50%), before date arrival, and 100% for NO SHOW.

Liability
PT. RANGGA WISATA Tour & Travel Services acts only as intermediary for transportation companies, hotels and all other contracted supplier providing these services and such, is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. However in its capacity, Rangga Wisata Tour & Travel will try its best to offering the highest standard of services. Additional expenses incurred do to natural delay; accident, political action and unrest must be borne by the passengers. The possibility of charges in timetables, routings, program, and tour price may occur.

Rates and Quotations: 
Rates quoted in this tariff in Rupiah and US. Dollars and are inclusive of services charge and government taxes unless specified. Rates are NETT and non-commission able. We engage our selves in confirming the specified rates within the inclusive period; however, we reserve the right to alter the rates should there be any drastic adjustment in currency, fuel cost of other local conditions that have direct effect on our rate structure. Rates are therefore subject to change and will be confirmed or revised at the time of booking. The tariff is published for the basic services of accommodation, transfer, tours, and meals in areas specified. Rates are applicable for both FIT/GIT bookings. However, these rates should not be used for conventions and incentives tours. Special rates for series movement, conventions and incentives are available upon request. Transfers and Tours Rates:
The tariff of transfer is inclusive meeting assistance and facilitation upon arrival and departure at the Airport, Railways, Harbor, Bus stations and hotels. Transportation by air-conditioned car or coach and the best available transportation in the island. The tour tariff inclusive of transportation as indicate in the program, tour services of qualified and licensed English speaking guide, admission fees to museum, shrine parks or tourist object as indicate meals and snacks included in the itinerary. Multilingual guides are also available upon requested.

Free Of Charge (FOC):
Land arrangements and child discount, 
For every 15 full paying members, the 16th are free on the tours and transfer. 01 (one) free of charge bed (twin sharing) is available for a group of 15 full paying adults. However, the number of FOC rooms may vary depending on the discretion of the hotel management. Children 12 years and older will be treated as adults, while those 02 (two) to 11 (eleven) years will be given a 50% discount on basic transfers and tours and 25% discount on tour packages with meals. Children fewer than 2 years are F.O.C provided they do not occupy a seat to the exclusive of a paying passenger.
