�Kane is quite open-minded for a Klingon and has the potential to make a valuable member of a multi-cultural crew�

�Cadet Kane seems at ease in his career choices. Approachable and even friendly - for a Klingon. He does seem to have low-level Claustrophobia. While I don�t think it should cause too many problems, it is something that should be noted on his official records, for perusal by his Commanding Officer and necessary personnel.�

�Possessing a marked differentiation in what would be Klingon behavioral �norms�, Mr. Kane is a good case against �Hereditary Disposition�. While still somewhat aggressive in personality, Mr. Kane exhibits much more tolerance than most Klingons. A Modernist, Kane seems to have little use for most Klingon Tradition and Ceremonies. While he still expresses a strong belief in Honor, he pays little more than lip service to what he considers �outdated� social mores.
