is
a shot, of the same storm 'tower'...
As
you can see... the picture is fouled up by the frame of my vehicle
being too prevalent in the shot... this is one of the 'reject' shots
I spoke of...
I
kept it to illustrate a point...
Not
all of my shots come out, using my 'trick' of just holding up the
camera in a free hand and shooting it without aiming it whatsoever.
This
is a shot I'd normally just delete from the camera later and shrug
it off.
A
good picture isn't worth getting myself or someone else hurt over.
Those
of you that want to 'chase' storms, but haven't tried yet... take heed...
Your
life's worth more than a picture... chase with a buddy in the car
and let THEM take the shots... OR at the least... just PLEASE keep
all of your attention on driving.
Your
camera can't save lives... but your hands on the wheel
and attention to what you're doing as a driver, CAN and WILL save lives. |
