Pet Owner Checklist                        

		Is the pet food placed where the sitter can find it?
		
		Do you require pet dishes to be cleaned after each use?
		
		Are pet leashes placed where the sitter can find them?
		
		Are there enough meds for your pet for the duration of your absence?
		
		Does the sitter have a list of emergency contact people?
		
		Does the sitter have a phone number where you can be reached?
		
		Do you require mail/newspapers to be brought in?If so, where would you like it placed?
		
		Will you require plant watering during your absence?
		
		Will you require lights to be left on, or turned off? If so, does the sitter have a list of those?
		
		Will the sitter be required to take recycling out?
		
		Will there be cat litter pans that will need to be changed?
		
		Will you need the sitter to fill outdoor bird feeders?
		
		Does the sitter have a list of doors that are to remain closed during your absence?
		
		Is the sitter aware of hiding places that your pet may have?
		
		Will there be other people that will have access to your home while you are away?
		
		Would you like your sitter to send you daily e-mail “pet updates”?
		
		Is the Vet release form filled out and signed?		
		
		Is the Range Pet Sitters service agreement filled out and signed?
