I have visited your web-site krystalball.com. I understand that it is a web site with postings on Markets and other world trends. I understand and appreciate the methods adopted by the web site for market study, analysis and forecasting. Further, I have read and understood the terms and conditions upon which I may register as a subscriber to the International Markets section as contained in the "services" section. 2.The subscription fee is for a period of at least one year from the date of registration or up-to an extended date as may be provided by krystalball.com at it's sole discretion. The date of registration will be intimated to me shortly after the subscription payment has been credited into the Bank account of KrystalBall Consulting Private Ltd, hereinafter known as KBC.

3.Upon intimation of the subscribership I will be entitled to "LOG IN" subscriber area of the International Markets . I will be enabled to log in by means of a unique ID name and a personal password.

4. The Web-site postings will not constitute a guarantee, advise or recommendation to invest or disinvest in or from any investment product specified or not. I understand that personal factors may play an important part in obtaining investment gains/ losses and I will not hold Krystalball.com, KBC or their representatives responsible for the consequences arising from my following or not following the web-site postings.

5.
