June 9th Posting

This posting is a special on a few important stocks. We preferred this week to give some stock ideas rather than update the Dow or Nasdaq composite index as we don't see any appreciable change in the indices's trend. Except that we should keep a watch on the fibonacci turning dates and planetary trend impact  in the coming days. These are detailed in the previous posting.

Last week we presented a BUY opportunity for IBM. The stock was recommended for an immediate buy at $112 with a stop loss at $111.Since then the stock has touched a high of $119 and closed the week slightly lesser.

Charts of a few stocks are cast below with  simple trend analysis and our price outlook for the near term. The important point to note is that for all the stocks a GREEN line is drawn horizontally from the top of an important wave high. When any of these stocks close on any day below that line, Sell the stock. If all these stocks decline below their respective lines Sell out of the market.

Caterpillar.

Stock is likely to move up and then down within the triangle in a two dollar band and then shoot up to $60+.Stop loss at $52.The green sell out line is about $ 49

General Electric

Stock likely to move down into the rectangular area for a few days and then rise beyond $54.Green sell out line is about $43

Philip Morris.

Philip Morris has broken a crucial wave high marked by the green line and also a minor trend support channel. Stock may descend now to $37 level. There is an outside chance for an immediate rise up to $55+ and then decline.

Wal Mart may rise upto $13 + .The green sell out line is about $9.80

End of update. The above is subject to Disclaimer on the Index page.
