Two oppurtunities seem to present themselves for exploitation in the Indian stock market in the near term. Charts of two listed, widely traded stocks are cast below with our analysis.
One is HDFC Bank, the other Tata Tea.
Both these stocks have been smoking inside containing triangles and waiting for release. HDFC Bank may move out of a long period of consolidation for a price thrust upwards. More immediately Tata Tea from a relatively shorter term triangle may be forced out downwards.
Consider the two stocks carefully and do as you will. Should you choose to call up your broker and place an order it may be advisable to place a stop loss. This should be one or two ticks below HDFC's current price and one or two above Tata Tea's price.
