- Protect the surface from rain by providing min. 60cm overhang and 45cm high plinth.
- Design the walls with load bearing capacity of wet block (20kg/sq.cm) with factor of safety as 5.
- Avoid major difference of load bearing in walls.
- Avoid plain walls without openings more than 5m to 6m.
- Avoid accumulation of water in surroundings.
- Avoid any run off water on any surface.
