The story continues...
Yes, after a nice polish job, this is what she looked like after sitting out side for many years. The car was repainted before I purchased, and a poor match job and paint job which you can't see. Must have been a quickie, as all wires were cut to front fenders to expedite disassembly. After starting restoration of "red" I have noticed this may have been a common practice for this car. The color in the graphic at the top is the true teal color. Seat covers, well it only took one summer with the top down and a couple of tears, my wife bought lambs wool seat covers for a Christmas present our first year of ownership.

I just love the finger sticking holes at stop lights!
Sheet metal wise it did not take much to get it ready for the road. Bought a portable welder and welded in new floorboards. Most of the time was taken finding reliable sources for parts. I would like to recommend The BPC, but you will need a Moss Motors catalog...
Started in April, finished in July. Took it for Pennsylvania inspection for road safety in July 1995 . IT FAILED!
The car was pulling to the right during acceleration and deceleration. Upon further inspection, it needed-bushings in the rear springs and new king pins... A.K.A. Tuitions... Need I say more to anyone who has worked on one of these before. Got the front suspension parts and rear suspension parts and rebuilt both. Local machine shop did the tuition reaming work. I was told by the owner of the repair shop that sold these cars, after 30,000 miles the rear springs were bad, all we did was switch front to back - swap sides and the car would ride ok again. Did this with new bushings and the rebuilt front end, and wow, what a difference.
September 1995 IT PASSED! Great cars to drive in the fall with the leaves turning colors and somewhat cool evenings and afternoons.
Well, then I (we) were hooked. It drove well and still is driven almost daily. Starting to show it's age on the paint now.

Sorry, I don't have any restoration pictures of this car. After I finish the "red" car, will start on blue's restoration.
