Well, at first glance you will see that this guy is riding some sort of 'Penis Mobile' (as I like to call it). At second glance you will notice that he is riding a 'Penis Mobile With Attached Toilet'. So, the concept is that this man thinks his penis is small compared to that there cannon next to him. Nice assumption, Flipper (that's what I decided to call him, for no real reason at all).
