Anita Gooth
Anita Gooth was an artist based out of New York City, with family in Central New York. During her life, Anita's work was displayed at Syracuse University, as well as the New York State Fair. Nationally, she's had exhibits at the Sapleter and Center Galleries, as well as the Riverside Museum in New York City; the Silvermine Guild of Art in Silvermine, Connecticut; Szalay Art Gallery, in Invervale New Hampshire; Wichita Art Assosciation in Wichita, Kansas. Collections have been shown in places as diverse as Phoenix, Arizona, Greenwich, Connecticut and even Stockholm, Sweden.

Anita Gooth died in 1988 but her work her has been displayed as recently as 1999 at the 210 Gallery in Syracuse.

The bulk of her work, which was recently rescued from the ravages of time, have been digitally photographed and beautifully restored. They are presented here in a virtual gallery, where her work can be enjoyed forever.
