| * This machine especially designed to pack snacks like kachri, fulwadi, namkeen. wafers, fried snacks etc. * The machine is equipped with all FFS Systems. Additional features are; Control Pannel, Variable Speed DC Motor, Convayor System, Extra Large Hopper, Platform etc. * The machine is approximately 8 & 1/2 feet in hight. Approximate weight is 600 kgs. * Out put is 60 to 100 pouches per minute. Maximum size of pouch could be 9 x 6 inches. Pouches can be formed both in strip & single pieces. * Low cost packing material like PP, LD, HM is useable to save up to 50% cost of packing material. * This is the only machine in India which can pack in both low cost packing material like PP, LD, HM and also any heat sealable laminated packing material like 2 layer, 3 layer, foil, metalic & any type of flexible packing material. * All contact parts with packing products are made of heavy guage stainless steel. * The machine is provided with an elecrtonic Control Pannel which control speed of motor, heating elements etc. * Single phase is required to operate the machine. * The machine can pack any type of dry material like snacks, kachri, fulwadi, namkeen, wafers, fried snacks, powders, granuals, washing powder, small auto parts etc. SPECIAL FEATURES: * The machine can form, fill & seal any powder or granul material in single layer material like PP, LD, HM etc. * The machine is equipped with unique pannel which make it capable to pack in single layer packing materials alongwith laminated packing materials. |
