1	Check for availability first by sending an email or call Rancho Guadalteba on + 34 952 031518.  Your booking will be held provisionally until the deposit is received.

2	Arrange your flights and travel insurance to cover horseriding activities (Rancho Guadalteba has full Public Liability Insurance)

3	Complete and return the Booking Form with a deposit of 150 euros per person.  Payments - Send a  Euro Cheque made payable to "Roy French" or arrange a direct bank transfer.

4	Once deposit has been received by Rancho Guadalteba, your booking will be secured and confirmation will be sent to you.

5	Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.  If booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total cost of the holiday is required.  Once the balance has been paid, an acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you.
