| Her Benign | ||||||
| Allow a glance into maelstrom of soul, To shew the beast incarnated as man, Weakest of newborn, sadness of age, And uncertain Fate extending outward? Shall hope allude to fading dreams, Of re-awakened walking fantasies, Of treasured haven in another spirit, Glancing off mine like sublime flames? Yearning peel of splintered heart, Seeking while not searching anew, Still finding the blossoming growth, Of something more than e're before. She fills the void with charming grace, Simple words then comic relief, No expectation or need announced, Just being there in mere amounts. Were shifting pressure enough, To break the distance between, Not only in space but life's path, To shape me as someone worthy. No promise, to glare to bind, No goals to short or fall behind, While heart's beat passes time, In days apart from her benign. |
