This vessel is the navy's way of transporting forces to and fro. It can carry up to three infantry or marine units, one of those units and either an armoured personnel carrier, anti-air gun, artillery unit or light battle tank. It could instead carry one main battle tank, one SAM unit or even one helicopter.
What it may not do is attack, allow any carried units to attack or defend NOR defend against air units attacking. It is expensive at 19 credits, but the most effective means of transporting forces overseas. Generally, it is not used unescorted by other naval units except in the safest seas. |
