I love these little crafty things...=D
Anyway, this is 'How to make a ghost!' Welcome to the class, please take a seat and take the following materials out:
+ A large square of tissue paper or thin cloth (depending on what size you want the ghost to be)Make sure it's sides are all the same length!
+ Black felt tip pen
+ Twisty tag (or a piece of white string)
+ Wadding - tissue paper, cotton wool, scrap cloth. Anything soft!
Got them? Then follow the steps below to spooky cuteness!
1. Lay the square of material flat on a surface.
2. Gather up a ball of wadding (make it whatever size you want the ghost's head to be) and place the ball in the centre of the square of material.
3. Carefully gather up the material around and over the wadding, using your fingers to hold the head and body separate. It should look like this: Click here.
4. Now you use the twisty tie or piece of white string to tie around the neck, like this: Click here.
5. Now you should have the body of your cutey-pie ghostie. But you can't have him without a face, can you? So take the felt tip and draw on a face on the head of wadding o.o...make it angry, sad, grinning...whatever. You can ever colour it different colours.
There! That's it. You should now have your spooky-cute ghostie. Give him/her a name.
Here's some extra things you could do:
1. Make bigger ghosties! give them all different faces and make a family ^.^
2. Use different colour materials.
3. Take a needle and a piece of thread and loop the thread through the top of your ghosties head. Then tie the thread of and hang him up to float around!
