This Page Contains The same rules and regulations of crater´s Message Board, but as I see

Only few People enter to that page, so if you're here, please read the rules and regulations

before posting in message board. ( Newbies, Junior Members, Senior Member, no matter what)

Regarding Posts:
Posting rules for the whole MB:

1. Do not post for the sole purpose of raising your post count. People who do this end up getting banned. The same goes for people who spam. SPAM is defined as a "Stupid Posts And Messages". This includes, but is not limited to one word posts, posts that contain only smileys, "i agree", "what he said", "i don't know", and so on.

2. Do not post in old topics bringing them back from the dead. Before you respond to someone, please have the courtesy to look at the date of the last post so you can tell whether you are responding to a topic that has up and died!

3. Do not "bump" topics. This means posting in a topic for the sole purpose of making it appear as having a new post, and at the top of the page.

4. Do not repost a locked or deleted thread. If it has been locked then one of my Moderators has probably locked it for good reason.

5. Do not post a new message simply to whine about, or ask about why, your other thread has being locked. If you have a question, then PM the Mod involved, though 99% of the time they post in the topic telling why they locked it.

6. Do not make a new post or thread saying you reached such-and-such Posts or so-and-so Title. A simple "Yay 500 posts!" or something at the end of a normal post would be ok though.

7. Do not flame or fight on the boards. However, calling someone down after breaking a rule is ok though.

8. Do not use lots of characters or images with no spaces as it messes with the width of the tables.

9. Don't post any image which has a width any larger than 475 pixels.

10. Do not reply to questions with 'I dont know'. Also, don't repeat an answer that someone else gave before you or reply only with 'I agree with so and so'. As stated above, these are all forms of spam. If something has already been said then it doesn't need to be backed up or said again, unless there is some sort of doubt.

11. Do not make any threads/posts such as 'I need friends', 'hi', 'im a new', "I am looking for a bf/gf", or "Wanna be in my club". These are considered complete spam, and just have no place on the forums.

12. Do not test on the message board. If you want to view your sig then click on "View/Edit Profile" to the right on the sidebar.

13. Please post in the correct forum at all times. Do not rely on mods to move your threads if they are in the wrong forum. It is your job to read the forum discriptions and decide where your topic will best fit. One reason for this is that there is an error with moving threads. This error accures about 30% of the time and makes it so the thread can't be moved. If a mod runs into this error, they will delete the thread. Thats why you must be careful where you post your threads.

14. Do not direct a thread to a certain person or group of people. If you must tell them something then send them a message (PM).

15. Extremely long threads will be retired when it reaches somewhere between 50-100 pages.

16. Do not post threads exactly identical to another existing active thread. If a mod runs into any active duplicates, they will delete every one except for the original (the one which was created first).

17. There is to be no swearing posted on the forums at any time. There is also to be no obscene material of any kind or links to such posted on the forums at any time.

18. Do not double post. if you have something to add just edit your previous one by clicking the button. if you already make a double post then make sure to delete one of them by checking the delete box while editing, dont just leave it. You all can edit and delete your own posts and threads so there is no reason for a mod to ever see more than one consecutive post by one person at any time.

19. As of now there is to be no forum games. By this we mean no pointless word games or anything of the sort. These topics have been used too many times for the sole purpose of boosting ones post count, so we are better off without them. This does not include Role Playing, quizes, or any other topic that has meaning.

Regarding Member Titles:

1. Members climb through Titles by the number of their posts. The first title is Newbie (0-99 posts), followed by Junior Member (100-599 posts), and lastly Senior member (600 + posts). These titles are used only to categorize members by the number of their posts. Each title is exactly the same and no extra features are gained by reaching a new title. There shouldn't be anyone spamming to get a new title. Such spamming will only get you banned.

2. There are two Specials Titles or Ranks. They are Administrators and Moderators. They have the power to edit and delete posts/threads, move threads, edit threads subjects, make sticky threads, as well as block and ban members. Read below to learn how to become a mod.

Regarding Sigs:

1. Sigs should not contain more than six images at any one time (which is enough to put pics of your team in). The six images can be no larger than 475 x 275 pixels TOTAL. For people who have no idea how big that is, then here is an example:

2. Sigs should contain no more then 5 lines of text and no more than 2 blank lines at any time.

Regarding Accounts:

1. Stick with one account as more accounts create more load on the server. There is no need to have more than one account anyway, so stick with with your first accounts.

Pokemon & the Arena Forums:

1. Pokemon threads should only be posted in the Anime Lounge, General Pokemon Discussion, and Pokemon Video Games forums. There should be no Pokemon talk in the General Chit-Chat or any of the other forums.

2. Pokemon Crater Battle Arena threads should only be posted in either the Battle Arena Help or the Battle Arena Talk forums. There should be no arena talk in General Chit-Chat, General Pokemon Discussion, or any of the other forums.

3. The Battle Arena Help should only be used in asking for help. All other Arena topics should be posted in Battle Arena Talk.

4. Same goes the other away around. Do not ask for help in the Battle Arena Talk forum. That is what the Battle Arena Help is for.

Regarding Aaron/Mods:

1. Don't like a Mod? That's fine, you aren't required to like all of the Mods or any of them for that matter, and you are welcome to say that you don't like them. But any actual harassment of Aaron/Mods or any other members for that matter could result in bans. They are donating their time to make a stable and healthy community, whether you like them or not.

2. Have a problem with a Mod? Tough, you are stuck with them j/k Actually we have had this problem before with an obnoxious mod named Cool_Jessie. Your only solution to this is to PM Aaron or another mod. But you better have a good reason. Don't come to us every time a Mod closes or deletes a post of yours. Only if you feel that the Mod is doing something that he or she really shouldn't be doing. If you decide to air out your problems publicly on the forums, you will have to pay the consequences for doing so. This is the one and only time I will say this. If you have a problem with a Mod, you bring it to Aaron or another Mod who may feel the same way about the Mod in questioning. You do NOT go making topics so you can complain about them. Also don't make excuses to try to get a someone demoded. We check into these things and won't demod someone without proof. So again, don't waist our time if you don't have a real good reason for bringing it up in the first place.

Regarding How to Become a Moderator:

1. Post friendly, mostly on-topic and helpful messages.

2. Don't spam.

3. Don't ask to be a mod. We guarantee that anyone who asks to be a mod will never become one. If we think you'll be a good mod then we will come to you. So don't ask.

4. Make an honest attempt to like the current Mods (as they may generally be asked about a member before making them a Mod).

5. Be around often. If it comes around to selecting a new mod and you aren't here a lot, you will not be selected.

Regarding Consequences:

There is by no means an accurate list of punishments. Depending on the mood of the Mod you irritate, and the rules you have broken, the consequences can range from a warning to a permanent ban. You are expected to have read this entire post and have a general idea of the contents. Again warnings regarding these issues will not always be given, as this IS your warning.
