"Tagen Subaid"
My favorite seafood dish
"Cuttlefish cooked in oven"
If you not familiar with
sea food, here is a picture of cuttlefish, mmm... this one is alive.

Ingredients
-
1 KG of skinned and cleaned cuttlefish
(about one large squid or two medium ones)

3 large tomatoes
-
1 spoonful tomato paste
-
1 large onion
-
1 spoon of Ghee
-
1 teaspoon of oil (any kind will
do)
-
3 garlic cloves
-
parsley
-
coriander
-
dill
-
2 chili pepper this
is necessary in case of you goofed up the cooking, the chili taste
will cover the bad taste of the meal :-) ..... don't
laugh I am serious.

salt
Warning: Don't ever think
about putting Mushrooms in this recipe
How to cook
Now we come to the tricky part,
similar to the "Plug and Play" method in installing computer hardware,
I use a simple method of cooking which I call it "Cut n Throw" method.
Why do I call it like this?
Because you cut the ingredients into small pieces and throw it in the pan,
easy isn't it?
Please note that the cuttlefish
must be skinned and boneless.
OK here we go:

Cut a considerable amount
of parsley, coriander and small amount of dill into small pieces and
Throw
it in an oven tray.

Cut squids into pieces
(about 1x2 cm) and Throw it in the tray

Cut tomatoes into pieces
and Throw it in the tray

Cut onion into pieces and
Throw
in tray
-
Cut garlic and Throw
in
tray
-
Cut the the chili pepper
in two pieces and Throw in tray
-
Add salt
-
Mix up add the above
-
Add oil and tomato paste into
different location over the mixture
-
Add Ghee in the middle of the
tray.
By this time your oven should
be ready. Cook for about 20-30min. best eaten with bread.
