My favorite seafood dish "Cuttlefish cooked in oven"


If you not familiar with sea food, here is a picture of cuttlefish, mmm... this one is alive.

Ingredients

Warning: Don't ever think about putting Mushrooms in this recipe

How to cook

Now we come to the tricky part, similar to the "Plug and Play" method in installing computer hardware, I use a simple method of cooking which I call it "Cut n Throw" method.

Why do I call it like this? Because you cut the ingredients into small pieces and throw it in the pan, easy isn't it?

Please note that the cuttlefish must be skinned and boneless.

OK here we go:

By this time your oven should be ready. Cook for about 20-30min. best eaten with bread.
