Data is under continuous change and it is important that the relevant person receive the messages at the right time. These messages can be used to determine and track the current system’s status and should allow engineers and management to receive and respond interactively. PDM system can manage these messages through their own or the OS mail system. The message system should be correctly set up to ensuring that the user receive the right message that they understand and know how to respond.
