My knowledge of Faulk is that he actually likes to run tackle to tackle, break the seam and then cut back and dart to daylight. He is not a pounder by any measue but he also does not run sweeps till he is dead on his feet. Remember 1995, almost all of his big runs against the Rams were off tackle plays that he broke back against the grain...
On Leonard Little. There was virtually no reaction to him during the first preseason game. There still is some anger on the radio but talk radio is mostly made up of angry people it seems.
They occasionally put him in a 3 point stance against the Raiders on third down and he was equally effective as a rusher and as a stand up linebacker--you could see the sheer talent he has on that day better than any other time I have seen him play.
Greg Hill. It is looking as if the Lions and Rams deal is dead.The Lions have more interest in getting Karim Abdul Jabbar than Greg Hill. Interestingly enough the last preseason game is against the Lions....showcase?
