Rams were 120 to 1 for the Superbowl at least that's the one I remember. That was the Luxor I believe. Now that I think it about it I saw a 75-1 to also...

Really found the Colts new inablity to run the ball VERY interesting. Makes the degradation of Faulk's inside ability and his new presence with the Rams something to watch. Of course the Rams of last year give a different perspective on the possibilties. Greg Hill seemed to find ample blocking during last year's campaign. Most of the other Rams backs were quite a bit less successful. Interesting relationship between backs and lines. As I think the Rams will provide better run blocking than the Colts I think Faulk could appear even better this year per play than before.

I think the Rams appear though to have a lot more options than the Colts have had when Faulk was with them. He was for all intents and purposes the Colts ONLY ground gainer. I'd be surprised if that happens here with Hill and the rest of the Rams backs, the receivers with a healthy Bruce and Holt, and what we believe Martz will do with the ball which is spread it around a lot...

Green. Even with his intangibles it still took Green 6 years to get a starting job in the league. The truth is there are a LOT of paths to NFL success. Some of them, many of them took more than a few practices and actual years to bring forth realized NFL talent. Certainly some guys stepped onto the field and were stars from the get go...and there are a myriad of stories of success and failure...and some guys have stepped on with success and then not gotten much better or even crumbled...

Do fans have patience? I see this around a lot. NOW is not soon enough. Because someone else turned a franchise around in a year or two then that is the norm and the standard and not merely an exception to be admired while knowing that there are other real paths and legimate possibilities to success.
