In this tooth brush in place of normal handle tooth paste tube is fitted in brush.
Cap is provided at the lower end of the neck of tooth brush
To apply paste one has to detach the tube/handle from brush by rotating .
Two opposite side walls of paste tube are hardened by making it thicker so that it doesn't bend while brushing, as shown.
When the paste is finished in tube it has to be replaced by new one.
Both units can also be used as Use&Throw type.
