Coach Soliz's Health Web Quest
This project is aimed to develop a greater understanding of the benefits of an active lifestyle and the problems associated with an inactive lifestyle.  Your job will be to search the web and find good, reliable information on our topic.  You must identify benefits of healthy lifestyles and problems with non-active lifestyles.  Then Design and implement a program including weight training, running/walking, and diet.  You will exercise in groups and maintain you workouts in a journal.  Your running will be listed on the cool running site listed.  You will then be responsible to be a fitness anbassitor and recuit friends and family members to start a fitness routine.
