Just to clear out the meaning of our page´s name.RANA:the name to the teacher/Sabom-Nim is RA-mon NA-varro.He has been in the MARTIAL ARTS nearly 44 years;been teaching the martial arts around 34 years and have Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do(1971-DECEMBER),Tang Soo Do(1975-JULY)and been teaching Song Moo Kwan HapKiDo under G/M Park,Song-IL a 9th Dan a student of G/M and HapKiDo-founder Mr.Ji,Han-Jae.Mr.RANA also was Master Park´s(back then 7th.Dan-1977) assistant for 13 and half years;Then,independant for the past 17 years and now is the only of G/M Park´s student with his own Academy or Do-Jang/School which is the 'ACADEMIA DE HAP-KI-DO:Song Moo Kwan in Urbanizacion Marcasa' also is an afiliated member to the 'Panamanyan HapKiDo Association' or la 'Asociacion Panameņa de HapKiDo'
Hap-Ki-Do is a Korean Martial Art which embodies excercises that spetialices in flexibility/stretching,all
types of kicks even with flying plus spetial ones too, defensive and offensive hand novements and techniques,falls-rolls with acrobatic movements. and,self defense and sparryin combat. weaponds training from Red Belt level up. Also, G/M.Park has 2 Academies he also directs the Asociation in our country as Technical Director.

We have classes and both sexes can participate, it is good for the children, youth and adults.
Our class schedule are from monday through saturday at these times.
Children 4-12 years are from 6pm to 7pm.
Youth are from 13 to 18years from 6Pm to 7Pm.
Adults from 7pm until 8Pm.
