Just to clear out the meaning of our site�s name RANA:The initials to the name for the teacher/SabomNim which is RA-mon NA-varro.He has been in the martial arts nearly 47 years; has been teaching the martial arts around 34 years and have Black-Belts in Tae-Kwon-Do(1971-December), Tang-Soo-Do(1975-July) and has been teaching Song Moo Kwan HapKiDo under G/M Park, Song-IL 9th Dan a student of G/M and HapKiDo-founder Mr.Ji, Han-Jae. Mr. RANA also was Master Park's (back then 7th Dan 1977 now a 9 Dan) assistan for 13 and a half years. Then independant for the past 17 years and now the only of G/M Park�s student with his own Academy or Do-Jang/Martial Art School wich is the 'Academia de HAP-KI-DO : SONG-MOO-KWAM in Marcasa Urbanization in front of the 99 Supermarket from Plaza Carolina' Also is an afiliated member to the 'PANAMANIAN HAPKIDO ASSOCIATION' OR LA 'ASOCIACION PANAME�A DE HAPKIDO'
HAP-KI-DO is a Korean martial art wich embodies excercises that specialise in flexibility and stretching, All
Types of kicks even flying plus special ones too, defensive and offencive hand techniques, Falls-Rolls with acrobatic movements useful in self defense situations. Also has self defense and sparring comnbat in the class. Weapons training is from Red Belt level up. G/m.PARK has two Academies and directs the Association and its charter member schools as the Technical Director.

HapKiDo is to be trained every day for its best benefits in health as in self defense and this is 5 days a week and if you do not have this ammount of time to train we sugest doing it at least 3 days a week.
In RANA_HAPKIDO we have clasess from monday until saturday
Children ages 3 to 7 3 days per week from 4pm to 5pm and ages 8 until 12 from 5pm until 6pm, Youth clasess ages from 13 until 18 years old from monday until friday from 6pm to 7pm
.
Youth with Adults or 15 up are also from monday until friday from 7pm �till 8pm.
Our age groups are 3 to 12 for Children
Youth are from OUTH 13 to 18 years old
Adults are from 18 up.
