My good now comes to me in an steady, unbroken, ever-increasing stream of success, happiness, and abundance.

Affirmation of the day.  I like this one, it covers pretty much everything and you can put in the specifics with your imagination.  My horoscope today said to use visualizations -- and who would ever argue with the vast store of wisdom in their horoscope (note: ha ha).

When I visualize for the above affirmation, I think of moving to a nice house -- not a mansion, not something I would get lost in or would need a maid to clean (although visualizing the occasional assistance of a maid is not a bad idea) -- but a nice house in a great location, closer to work and mass transit and the city, with good schools and parks, and lots of community activities.  And I visualize having a job that doesn't discriminate against a working mom who can't put in overtime (I have to pick up at daycare, so my limit is 45 hours of work, AND THAT SHOULD BE MORE THAN ENOUGH) -- I've got good credentials, I'm a great person, and somebody out there is going to hire me for the perfect position.  I envision an office at home, more time to spend with my daughter, less gas to buy at the pump.  I envision a marriage without bickering, lots of new friends, and lots of traveling to visit relatives and visit new places.

I really do want to travel, and I know I'll get that chance, many many times.  For some reason, don't ask me why, I'd like to take a trip on the Queen Mary across the Atlantic.  Just like in the old days, like in the classic novels, when proper ladies and gentlemen took long trips over to Europe and stayed for months.  There are so many places to go and see. 

We all must be positive and hopeful about the tragedy going on over in the Middle East -- there have been too many deaths and too much destruction -- but if enough people have hope about a positive, peaceful resolution, then there are more than enough people to make it happen.
