I have been using Photoshop since 1992, and I have taught classes for many years. I just started using it for digital scrapbooking about 2 years ago, right before my daughter was born. My education was in digital textile design, and I've spent most of my career in Marketing for digital graphics software, photography and inkjet printing. I was very excited when I discovered digital scrapbooking so I could continue to use my graphics design skills at home. Last year, I received my Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Certification in Photoshop CS. I'm addicted to Photoshop, and would spend my entire day taking photographs and 'playing' with them if my husband would let me!!
I have been passionate about photography since I got my first real camera when I was 11 years old. I really got serious about portrait photography when my niece was born, and honed my skills even more when my daughter was born. I bought my first digital camera 6 years ago, and have never touched my film cameras since. Three generations of digital cameras have gone by, and I now have a state-of-the-art Digital SLR.
I love creating portraits that are different from your typical studio shots. I love to use Photoshop to digitally enhance the photos and make them truly unique!
