Globitel Converged Telecom Solutions· Position: Team Leader and Senior Software Developer. · Led my team to develop an IVR system which: ý Implements automatic voice recognition platform that includes voice streaming to telephony hardware and natural language grammars using Nuance technologies. ý Integrates with Intel NetMerge CTI server, for call information, and control. ý Parses and executes VoiceXML scripted IVR call flows. ý Has web graphical interface that builds VoiceXML IVR scripts. · Most of experience is on development and deployment of various enterprise-level, carrier-class projects for different regional telecom operators (Landline and GSM). · Designed and developed a high-performance, Visual C++ based, VoIP call recording system for H323, SIP, Cisco Skinny, and RTP protocols. Voice was compressed using GSM and TrueSpeech technologies. Cisco IPCC and Ericsson MD110 are sample target platforms. · Administered integration between Cisco ISN IVR solution and Nuance ASR voice recognition server, for one of the large GSM operators, to voice-automate their IVR system. · Developed Visual C++ applications using proprietary APIs of various hardware vendors to control telephony services as conferencing, coaching, call recording and fax transmission and reception for analog and digital lines. · Basic team player in analysis, design, implementation, integration testing and maintenance of different systems as: ý Customized call center solutions, which include many features as ACD, Voice Mail, IVR, Fax on Demand, Digital Recording, Email, Paging, SMS, CDR, database management and reporting etc. ý Customized Unified messaging solutions. ý Customized Call recording solutions, with web-based administration and client software.
