If you are just travelling from Port aux Basques, take Route 480, which is 155km from Burgeo.  If you are coming from Corner Brook, it is a 60km drive on the Trans Canada Highway then you have to travel 146km south on the "Caribou Trail."  Next, you have a 70 minute ferry ride on the local ferry, the "M.V. Gallipoli."
