The most horses in a movie was 8,000 for war and peace.

China is the country with the most horses.  They have nearly 11 million.

There are over 150 breeds of horses.

The Nez-Peirce indians were the ones who bred the Appaloosas.  They are now breeding a new breed that crosses Appaloosas and Akhal-Tekes, but it is not yet a registered breed.~sent in by Spaz
