In 2001, we could count on Adobe offering some wonderful, free online services. Apparently it wasn't producing any monetary gains as a result, so they pulled the plug on them earlier in 2002. So now all we can offer here are just two resources. The services are free but limited. You can always use MS Paint, no? If you'd like to see a list of some image editing software, both free and shareware, visit my resources page at my graphics site. You'd need to scroll down to around mid-page.

Online Image Editors

GIFWorks - GIF only. This is the original site. There is also an alternate site at Tripod with the same name.

MyImager - GIF and JPG up to 200KB; edit, add text, add effects, optimize.
