Term and Condition
| a. | The above rates are inclusive of daily breakfast and return airport transfers. | |
| b. | For long-term lease,
rates will available upon request. All reservations or bookings must be made through Rama Villas directly by e-mail : [email protected] to contact person : Ms.Raka [Rama Villas] |

| c. | 40% deposit are required to confirm and secure the booking confirmation and must be received by Rama Villas by the latest 1 (one) week after booking confirmation and is not refundable. The balance payment must be paid upon guest’s arrival. | |
| d. | Rama Villas must receive cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance prior to guest arrival or 2 (two) night cancellation fee will be charged. | |
| e. | Method of payment accepted: Cash, credit card (Master/Visa). | |
| f. | Check out time is 12.00 am. Late check out till 6.00 pm is negotiable up to the advance management approval. Late check out beyond 6.00 pm will be charge 50% of the publish rate. |
