In 2005 one of my friends got me interest in bowling. I'm now on a bowling team of people with disabilities. We have a ball. And I got my bowling ball and bag on eBay for $20! It's an 8-pound ball and works great. My high score so far is 158. Below is one of my team members bowling. As you can see, we roll the ball off a metal ramp, which we aim.
