time of their being alive. They would have instead been referred to as "the living" or possibly by each of
their individual names (eg. Dave). Artistic license dictates that the phrase "the dead live once more!" is infinitely
more catchy than "the persons previously alive who then passed away have resurrected themselves once again
although they would still like to be described as dead or deceased")
