My first concept was the idea of the 21st century, and that of artificial intelligence. Hence the 'a', and the 'i' which are lightened. I used binary becuase I thought it looked technical. The blurred numbers '0101' stands for the number 5, and is used to represent the 5 band members, Aaron, Eric, Marshall, Steve, and myself. As for the other cover, well, I filled it with binary, just to see what it looked like, and now I'm not quite sure which one I like better. The back, however, I like very much indeed, and that is in it's final version. The tracks are done in binary, and we [the band] figured that with each succeeding album, we could continue the use of binary numbers to make a consistent tracklist. |
