Dear Judge and Commission Members,
We, as family and friends, find your and the Commission's decision favoring Salt Lake County disgusting. You as a judge and Commission have the power to change the exorbitant, unfair taxation being forced against all residents of Utah. You coward and chose not to do so.
Your "Decision and Order," sides totally with Salt Lake County. The evidence given by the County is based wholly upon distorted, speculative, sorted, deleted, selected, then amplified data. In contrast we presented to your court, honest, factual, first party evidence which overwhelmingly favors our side. It clearly shows property taxation doubling every 4-5 years while typical income doubles every 25 years. Fact is, wages in Utah, have declined during the last six years.
Going over the details of your decision, it appears obvious that you did not consider our data on the two DVDs and the Web information furnished, deliberately ignoring our extensive evidence.
I'm wondering what your son, who witnessed this entire court hearing, really thinks about his dad's signed decision? I'm sure no jury would support such a dishonorable decision. Our family and friends are enraged. Attached are two E-mails I received.

(Regarding County's figures for rent)
I wonder where he's getting his figures? He should be challenged on who that 3rd party is. Being a real estate man he's always looking at the optimistic side of the economy - not the real side.

Maybe he's getting his figures from Ensign Downs? It's hard to know what's going on there. But you sure know your getting the short end of the stick!

Once again, you've "caught" the liars about rents in your area. What
else can you call them? They are out right liars. Average all the
rentals in that area and I know for a fact it cannot possibly be that
high. Who can afford that kind of rent, make a car payment, pay off
their health care insurance and buy food. Where do these guys have
their heads. I love your web site and more power to you. I'd blast
them too. This is all going to culminate in a proposition and I'll be
first in line to sign it.
