Ralph and Ruby is a brand new cartoon based on a new Father/Daughter team.

Ruled by an evil overlord, Stephen Harper, Canada is a very strange land where
people drink lots of beer and buy milk in bags.
This first adventure finds Ruby in trouble at school, and Ralph in even more trouble in Ottawa, as he wages war on Canada.
