I am finishing the rear spring this weekend and should have them back together by the end of the week.  I use leaf spring out of a 73 hatchback to get the fenders to the top of the tires. With out using air shocks.  After the rear axle is back together I will be strting on the sub frame.  I have the rebuild kit and thanks to my Dad I have power disc brakes for the front.  I will have more pictures up soon.
7/01/03:  Another update. Didn't get the axle in due to rear sway bar was on back order.  I just got it today so I will be trying to install the axle this weekend.  I started on the body work and replaced some metal that was rusted away.   As you can see in the pictures.  It is where the back window rests.  I have the car up on jack stands so that I can clean underneath.
7/5/03: Well things are really getting started now.  It is exciting to see a project move along.  This weekend we started on replacing the 1/4 panel.  This is the passenger side.  you can see where the rust is on the outer wheel well. I thought about replacing the panel.  but there was really only a small parts that needed to be replaced.  so I patched it.  I got busy and forgot to take pictures of the actual repair.  But you can see the welds.  After sanding and welding the patch in I POR-15. the entire open area.  During the week I am hoping to get the rear axle back in and maybe even the gas tank.  The underneath is clean and ready to be undercoated.
