Generally, the schedule for an event day is as follows:
7:00-8:30 AM��arrival, sign-in, walk in registration (when available)
7:30-8:45 AM........tech inspection
8:45 AM���� participants' meeting
~9:00 AM���. event start
noonish...................lunch break ~30 minutes
~4:00 PM ���. event conclusion, equipment pick-up
~5:00 PM ���..awards and departure
During an event, all participants are expected to work, either in a pre-assigned capacity,
or flagging corners.
End of the day equipment pick-up is everyone's' job as well.
