Balco, my hometown,  is a small industrial town in the state of chattisgarh, in central India. Its lifeline is the BHARAT ALUMINIUM COMPANY LTD. , a aluminiun production plant , now owned by sterlite  group.  Balco is located in the district of korba , which itself  is one of the major area  on the industrial map of India.
