VITA

Shri. Murudkar Rakesh Dattatraya was born on 06th September, 1974 at Dhangandra, Gujarat. Completed Primary Education from Dapoli Mandangad Shikshan Prasaraka Mandali's English Medium School, Dapoli. Passed High School Examination from Shikshana Prasaraka Mandali, Pune Primary and Secondary Schools (English Medium) Shri. Kshetra Parshuram, Tal. Chiplun in 1991 in first class. Passed the ‘Rashtra Bhasha Balbodhini’ in Distinction conducted by Maharashtra Rashtra Bhasha Sabha, Pune in the year 1986. Passed the Elementary Grade Drawing Examination conducted by Government of Maharashtra Drawing Examinations in the year 1989. Passed Secondary Certificate Examination from Alfred Gradney’s Junior College, Dapoli in 1993 in First Class. Graduated and post-graduated from College of Agriculture, Dapoli in 1997 and 1999, respectively in First Class. Awarded Hexamar Foundation Gold Medal for Standing First in Agronomy in M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in weed control measures and plant populations in transplanted rice. Participated in Sericulture project under the ‘Earn While You Learn’ Scheme in the Department of Agricultural Entomology, College of Agriculture, Dapoli in the year 1995-96. Completed Diploma in Computer Software (D.C.S.) from Aptech Computer Education and Diploma in Computer Hardware (D.C.H.). Published six papers on weed control measures in rice, groundnut and soybean. Awarded sixteen certificates of merit from various institutions including general proficiency, sports and literature.
