Subject: Re: [RajputWorld ] Information for opening an US Bank account !!

Dear Mahendra Ji,

If you want, you can transfer the money in my account
and then I can transfer the money in your indian bank
account.

But I would suggest to talk to a CA or so before we do
this. Because, when the money comes in your account,
then there could be some tax issues or so for you.

Please let me know !!

Regards
Pavan Rathore

  Dear Divyarajsinhji

let me say you  ability of giving sugession needs lots of
  'qualification,experience,educaton,brain too. otherwise suggesion
  becomes 'dodh dahapan' !!!

and whats wrong in my sugession ? do you wants our peoples becomes

KIND OF SUCH STUPIDITY.we have hundreds of such cases, let me know who
is a millionair or a billionari who can support such family for life
time. if you have such a capacity then its really very good.

Plz tell us that you are testing community or the group ?? the
group doesn't means community  and community doesn't  reaveals the
group. The group has not been been specifically set up for community
purpose( i thinks so) though  its an objective of the group.

wht kind of actions are expected here ?? you had appealed and we
have now nothing to do ? we can't give some one's b'day wish and have
only to issue a check/dd. or to say some sweet and good words in
response of your appeal ??? what it meant ?

For your information, the person to whom we had wished for b'day
is mostly initiators in all such cases.

Plz dont TAKE things in such a negative manner go and read some
past messeges. the group had already proved its usefulness and
capacity and importance. AND THE BIGGEST QUESTION IS THAT WHO WE ARE
WHO HAVE A RIGHT TO TEST COMMUNITY/GROUP ???

P.S. one more thing that MONEY IS PRECIOUS AND ALL LOVES MONEY.there

Subject: [RajputWorld ] Is Teesta more equal than seer?????

DEAR MEMBERS,

GREETINGS AND JAI MATA JI

AS A HINDU I'M CONCERNED FOR WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE
COUNTRY. HERE IS AN ARTICLE I WOULD LIKE THE GROUP
MEMBERS TO READ.

SQDN. LDR. DEVENDRA THAKUR
******************************************************

This is India! Some more equal than the others!!

*********************************************************************
There was a time when Communists believed that the law
was an instrument of class oppression, inherently
incapable of delivering justice to the poor and the
underdog. It speaks volumes for Indian democracy that
Left organisations now routinely invoke the glory and
majesty of law.

Assertions that the "law must take its course" and
that "all are equal in the eyes of law" have become
clichés in the age of Public Interest Litigation and
judicial activism.

In recent weeks, the celebration of law has touched
dizzying heights. Cabinet Ministers and Chief
Ministers have been unseated on the strength
of non-bailable warrants and even a person of such
exalted standing as the Shankaracharya of Kanchi has
been remanded in police and judicial custody. The rule
of law, it would seem, is finally upon us.

Yet, there are disquieting trends. In Kancheepuram,
Kathiravan, a key prosecution witness in the
Sankaraman murder case, told the Magistrate that he
had been tortured by the Tamil Nadu police into
implicating the Kanchi seer. Subsequently, two other
witnesses, Maathu Bhaskar and Sylvester Stalin, stated
that the identification parade organised by the police
was rigged.

These are serious charges and raise disconcerting
questions about the real motives behind the arrest of
the Shankaracharya. If the three witnesses are telling
the truth, there is every reason to believe that the
Kanchi seer has been framed. Yet, to prevent him from
securing bail, two additional cases have been slapped
against him.

After all, or so the argument goes, a free
Shankaracharya has the resources to scuttle the
inquiries and tamper with the evidence.

A similar drama is being enacted in Mumbai's Mazgaon
Sessions Court. In the celebrated Best Bakery Case,
the star witness Zaheera Sheikh has
publicly alleged that she was intimidated into making
false accusations against the accused by activist
Teesta Setalvad. According to Zaheera,
Teesta told her that "You have to fight for your
community for which even if you have to tell lies, you
will have to tell lies before the court."

Zaheera's claim has been backed by her brother
Nafitullah Sheikh who has charged Teesta with misusing
his signature for her own ends. To
complicate matters, Nafitullah's estranged wife Yasmin
Sheikh has accused Nafitullah and Zahira of being
economical with the truth. They, in turn,
have suggested Yasmin wasn't even present at the Best
Bakery on the night of March 1, 2002, when a mob went
berserk.

The case has taken an interesting twist because of
allegations of money changing hands. It has been
suggested that Teesta enticed Zaheera into changing
her original testimony to the court in Vadodara.
Likewise, there are charges that a pro-saffron
Janadhikar Samiti is bankrolling
Zaheera's second U-turn.

Zahira's spat with Teesta could have been treated as a
private matter had it not been for the fact that the
Best Bakery Case is no ordinary criminal trial. The
re-trial in Mumbai has arisen out of the Supreme
Court's virtual expression of no-confidence in the
Gujarat Judiciary.

It has come about because Zahira said she lied to the
Vadodara court, an admission that formed the basis of
Teesta's campaign to move the case
out of Gujarat.

If it now transpires that Teesta has influenced and
intimidated Zaheera and her family into giving a
made-to-order testimony, it constitutes a
charge of subverting justice, not to speak of
misleading the Supreme Court for political ends. By
the same logic that explains the Shankaracharya's
continuing incarceration, Teesta's right to move
freely in Mumbai
should have been curtailed.

After all, Teesta is not an ordinary citizen; she is
the most public face of secular activism. Her ability
to move Governments and influence the media is not in
question.

Yet, the Mumbai High Court has decreed that Teesta be
given a 72-hour notice of any possible arrest. It is a
convenience that must be appreciated because she is
the conscience of secularism. In today's India, she
has more rights than the Shankaracharya.

In the eyes of law, all are equal. But some are more
equal than others.

Respected Dr.D.K.Singhji

Thanks for the infomation. Yes I am aware that they needs
Soc.SeC.No. but if we pays them $5000 then they 4gets this SSN !!!
some firms theris offers these kind of service for such a
charge.Anyway neither its practical not economical. the best wasy is
is suggested by you . I got the amount in my paypal account and will
need to transfer any persons who use paypal from usa from the group
and then i can withdraw the money here in india. though it will again
become a little bit costly 2-3 times service charges will be
applicable  (but there is nothing free !!!!). Presently I have decided
to keep that money with paypal and to use the said money for
incurrring my hosting and other expenses(as my hosting and other
payment gateway are from usa ) so, for me America ki kamai amerika me
samai !!!.

the second thing is that I wants to draw your attentions toward
the word 'ji' or other respected words you use for me. I strongly
objects it. YOU ARE SENIOUR,ELDER AND RESPECTED FOR ME SO YOU ARE
ALWAYS WELCOME TO CALL ME ONLY AS MAHENDRA. I IN NO CASE CAN COMPETE
YOU IN AGE,BRAIN,EXPERIENCE,GOOD NATURE,WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE.

one more thing is that a teacher ( I would like to say as a
friend, philosoffer and guide) can never be evaluated by money or
wealth or other cosmetic things. teacher plays the most important role
in developing a person and providing a true guidence of one's life
journey.

I am so luccky that I had taken my education at Rajasthan school
from 4th to 8th Std. and I still remembers their contribution and i
sometimes thinks that i will not be a person today as i m if I had not
get such a wonderful school (It was Nimbahera, near chittorgardh
).after leaving that school from 9th std.(as it was primary school( I
never attended any single period in any class/college cause i never
find an 'eligible teacher' who can teach/educate me.( I thinks now I
got you one after so many years) For me education is  a life time self
development process

Hello Rana ji,

It may not be possible to open an account in US if you
do not have a social security number. There are
different ways to transfer money. One is Western Union
Monet Transfer. If you have any trustworthy and
reliable contact in US, he can transfer the money from
his account by ICICI or HDFC or citibank NRI accounts.

thanks,
bharat

It will be appreciable if precise payment mode details (account nos. or any other banking details) to help in the matter. Dr. Jayendrasinhji Jadeja is instrumental in helping in so many such cases can give some payment remittance details for all our overseas members. Fastest and easiest way today is on line payment. If any body (Ahmedabad based preferred) is going to mediate for cause will most appreciable.

Subject: [RajputWorld ] WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND CARVE YOUR BLESSINGS IN STONE

Dear all,
   Jai Mata Ji Ki,
I would like to share one interesting story with you.

TALE OF TWO FRIENDS

The story tells that two friends were walking through the desert.
During some point of the journey, they had an argument, and one friend
slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt,
but without saying anything, he wrote in the sand:

"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE"

They kept on walking, until they found an oasis, where they decided
to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire
and started drowning, but his friend saved him. After he recovered from
the near drowning, he carved on a stone:

"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE"

The friend, who had slapped and saved his best friend, asked him,
"After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand, and now, you carve on a
                               stone, why?"

The other friend replied: "When someone hurts us, we should write
it down in sand, where the winds of forgiveness can erase it away,
but when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in
stone, where no wind can ever erase it."

WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND CARVE YOUR BLESSINGS IN STONE

Subject: [RajputWorld ] X-post - Fwd: Maharashtra/Karnataka: Original Center of several Rajputs clans?

--- In [email protected], "ymalaiya" <ymalaiya@y...>
wrote:

I have read a view that many of the Kuli Maratha clans in
Maharashtra are descendants of Rajputs.

Based on what I have seen, it appears that to a considerable extent,
reverse is true. Some of the Rajput clans originated from
Maharashtra/Karnataka region with absolute certainty. Some of the
others are, to the best of my knowledge, branches of clans that
originated from Maharashtra/Karnataka.

Thus it appears that some of the Kuli Marathas are not Rajputs who
settled in Maharashtra, rather they are relatives of their branches
who settled in Rajasthan/Gujarat.

Rathore are same as Rashtrakuta.
Solanki are same as Chalukya.
I am quite certain that the Paramaras are a brach of Rathores, based
on early Paramara copper-plates.

Consider this:

Rathor=Rashtrakuta: of Jodhpur, Bikaner etc. 24 branches.

Gahadaval: of Kannauj. Regarded to be a branch of Rathors.

Bundelas: of Orchha, Datia etc. Regarded to be a branch of Gahadvals

Chandellas: of Khajuraho/Mahoba. Some obscure connection with
Gahadval.

Paramara: Of Dhar/Abu. 24 branches.

Solanki=Chalukya: of Anahilavad. 16 branches.

Baghela: of Rewa. A branch of Solanki.

Silar: Shilahar of Kolhapur.

Some Rajputs do not appear to have originated from
Maharashta/Karnataka: Gahlot, Tomar, Kachhvaha, Chauhan, Parihar,
Bhati.

We should note that emergence of Rajputs coincides with expansion of
Rashtrakutas and Chalukyas into western/northern India.

It is also interesting to note that around the same time lineages of
Jain Bharratakas (Sarasvati-Gachchha-Balatkara-Gana as well as
Pustaka-gachchha-Desiya-Gana) appeared in North India. Also, the
Senas appeared in Bengal after having moved from Karnataka.
Rajatarangini of Kalhana mentions about adaptation of Karnataka
customs in Kashmir!
