Sealed percentage rate tenders are invited by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post from the State Government / GUDC / Central Government approved contractors registered in Class-A and / OR above for the following works.

The contractors desiring tender papers by post should remit additional Rs.150-00 in favour of "Rajkot Municipal Corporation" by Demand Draft of any Schedule Bank. Municipal Corporation shall not be responsible for any delay / loss in delivery by Postal Department.

Terms and Conditions :

(1) Tender documents can be obtained from Branch Accountant, Public Works Department of Rajkot Municipal Corporation, Dr.Ambedkar Bhavan, Dhebarbhai Road, Rajkot-360 001, on payment of Tender fees from 26^th August 2002 to 16^th Sept.,2002 upto 14-30 hours.

(2) Last date of receipt of filled Tender : Dt.24^th September,2002 upto 16-00 hours.

(3) Earnest Money Deposit in form of Demand Draft of any Scheduled shall have to be paid in favour of "Rajkot Municipal Corporation".

(4) The time limit for the above work will be 120 days from the date of issue of firm work order by Rajkot Municipal Corporation.

(5) Undersigned reserves the rights to reject any or all tender without assigning any reasons thereof.

Corrigendum is made in above notice as under :
