Shri Hanuman : Shri (Lord) Hanuman is a key character of Hindu  religious epic “Ramayana”. Shri Hanuman is in monkey’s form. He is full of strength, however, he is vegetarian. He likes fruits very much. He lived his bachelor’s life that is he never married. He met Shri Ram, when Shri Ram was following “Vanvaas” (staying in Jungle), since than Shri Hanuman was a best “Sevak” (servant) to Shri Ram. Shri Hanuman was “Senapati” (chief military officer) of “Vaner-Sena” (monkeys’ military) when Shri Ram had war with “Ravana” (a name of arrogant king) in “Lanka” (country currently known as Sri Lanka) to release “Sita” (Shri Ram’s wife) from Ravana. Along with the help from Shri Hanuman, Shri Ram won the great battle against Ravana and Shri Hanuman is worshipped as an ideal “Sevak” (servant) to Shri Ram. It is believed that Shri Hanuman is still alive and lives in Himalayan Mountains.

The following “Hanuman-Chalisa” (text) is in “Hindi” and the script is in “Gujarati” language explains that Shri Hanuman is most competent God. He can defeat all demons, and loves to perform duties for Shri Ram. He is also helpful to the devotee, whoever calls him.
