| Refund Policy Returns With an Original Sales Receipt:
Unused, sealed, or defective merchandise may be returned at any time with or without a receipt. Items may be returned for any other reason within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange. A mail check will be issued when items over $5 are paid for by check and returned within 5 days of the date of purchase. Please present a valid photo ID to receive a mail check. A return/exchange or gift receipt does not serve as an original receipt.
Returns Without a Receipt:
Valid Identification is required to process all returns and exchanges with a return/exchange receipt. Unused, sealed, or defective merchandise may be returned at any time. Refunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a store credit by mail or merchandise exchange for the current selling price. Please present a valid photo ID to receive a store credit by mail. Store credits by mail and merchandise certificates are non-transferable.
