It seems I have replicated most of the important functionality of a very very popular and expensive trading system.
Details on the t3-fibs trading system. This system costs $10,000 per copy. I am interested in making a lower cost replica which would be priced suitably for the Indian market. Maybe around $1000-$2000
I often equate the system development I do with stuff like chess. The knee jerk reaction I get from a lot of people is well Deep Blue still lost to Kasparov. Man>machine is what most people would like to believe. But now I ask you this. How many humans can beat chessmaster 7000 on its grandmaster setting. Sure a grandmaster could beat the software but can a typical human beat it? Truth be told most people can't even beat chessmaster 7000 on its pro setting. What if you went to a local tournament and you had a laptop with chessmaster 7000. You could take out all the locals with ease. Sure it won't get you a lot of respect but you still win. To carry the analogy further. The locals in this case are the floor traders who are making a living scalping off the floor prices. With a proper trading system you can beat them. (The floor or the market whatever you want to call it. The floor decides what the market is doing. Beating the floor or beating the market is your ultimate goal as a day trader)
